Refund and Returns Policy
All returns must be initiated within 30 days. The time period begins when your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Once we have authorized your return, we will submit step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email to you.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 10 business days (2 weeks) of receipt of your returned item.
If you have received an incorrect shipment, please contact customer support we will work with you to resolve the problem. Do not simply return or redirect the package back to us without contacting us first.
